Brief Introduction
Developed by Beijing Supercontrol Bright Petroleum Technology Co., Ltd. based on years of experience in thermotechnical design, with reference to the leading design concept in the present world and in line with the actual condition of application in the oilfields in China, SCGTA Negative Pressure YPE Furnace Burner Control System is widely used by various types of small natural-gas-fired furnaces, hot water boilers and other heating devices.
With mechanical control assembly imported from the U.S.A, the system operates stably in an environment without power supply, featuring low fault rate, automatic flameout protection and heat load regulation. It is used in Changqing, North China, Sichuan, Nanyang, Tahe, Tarim and other oilfields and has received unanimous favorable opinions.

Controller of furnace
System Function
· Automation control is achieved in the control system and the burner via the fuel gas in them. The control target value for the water bath temperature of the heated water can be set by the pneumatic temperature controller without the necessity for power supply.
·The fuel gas volume is automatically regulated to the set target control value to keep the water temperature stable in the furnace.
· When the base fire dies out in the burner, the gas source for the burner is automatically disconnected to avoid accidents.
·The system is provided with filtering and pressure reducing devices with low fault rate and wide range of operating pressure for the gas source.
· Ensure continuous production via regulating function valve to switch to manual operating mode when faults occur in the system.
· For system below 600kW, box type integrated construction is used, featuring small volume, luxury and aesthetics and more stable performance.
· Moreover, the system may be equipped with SC-1BL1 electronic monitor for remote monitoring of the heating condition of the equipment. (Separate ordering is required for the electronic monitor)
Burner
A key integral part of the system, SC series negative pressure burner demonstrates remarkable unique functions. Besides the use with the SCGTA control system, it provides separate notable actions.
· Characteristics
Simple and rational construction, low fault rate and long service life;
Professional design, optimal dimensional combination, full combustion and high thermal efficiency;
Design of main and base fire system. Once the base fire is ignited, it works for a long time with simple operation and safety;
The primary and secondary air intake regulation caters to different negative pressures in the firebox without the necessity for power supply and with low noise;
Designed with standby nozzle, wide regulating range of heat load and good properties of wind and back flame protections;
Interface for probe of flameout protection available and allowing expansion of flameout protection; and
Allowing separate application.
