PLC Controller
PLC controller is designed by utilizing advanced foreign PLC technology, based on rational design principle and the level of convenience for actual operation by users. It incorporates various imported components and devices, PLCs from Siemens, ABB and other famous manufacturers and aesthetic control cabinet. With all Chinese operating interface, the PLC controller offers ease for field operators to learn, understand and operate. Moreover, it features stability, reliability, fast communication and other advantages.
PLC controller is classified mainly into 2 groups:
1. Single unit controller
2. Controller with redundant backup and master-slave control. Having passed the various field application tests, this type of controller has become our new generation of standard control system.
Instrumental Controller
Instrumental controller controls the furnace for heating via a temperature control instrument. The controller is all comprised of imported reliable components and devices. Control, monitoring and alarm functions are designed in the controller. By monitoring the various states, attendance-free full automatic control is provided. The control cabinet features stable performance, easy setting and maintenance, low cost and practicality.
Instrumental controller is classified mainly into 2 groups:

GSM Communication PLC
While the system heating is rationally controlled, GSM wireless communication is added to this controller. Remote communication and monitoring function between regions and between administrative zones is provided through GSM public network and RS-485 communication and by means of mobile phone short messages by which the operational status of the heating system is uploaded, and the cost resulting from the communication transmission is greatly reduced. The man-machine interface of the controller allows all Chinese operation, which is suitable for operation by people on site. The central part of the controller is monolithic, of which the control unit integrates all functions of the PLC, facilitating field operation, inspection and replacement. This furnace controller is a new controller based on future application.
