Brief Introduction
SC series gas gathering station multi-well furnace is another new furnace designed and manufactured by Supercontrol Corporation after an in-depth investigation into the real conditions in the oil/gas gathering and transmission stations in China and in response to the scattered production stations in oil-gas fields, poor natural conditions, high-level of difficulty in management, high production cost and other factors. This product automatically runs when power supply is not available. The entire process of operation and control is automatically controlled by imported precision instruments. With outstanding performance and good operating status, SC series negative pressure type furnace has received recognition from Changqing, Qinghai, Huabei, Dagang, Xinjiang and many other oil field users.
Main Features
1.The design, manufacture and inspection comply with SY/T0540-94 Furnace Types and Basic Parameters for Petroleum Industry, SY/T5262-2000 Code for Drum Type Furnaces and SY0031-2004 Regulation for Safety of Furnaces in Petroleum Industry.
2.Wide range of application with output at 1´104Nm3/d~120´104Nm3/d and tube pass pressure up to 100MPa.
3.Multi-well type, providing high pressure gas gathering and primary throttling process, saving cost in construction.
4.Compact construction, high thermal efficiency and luxury and aesthetics with stainless steel packaging.
5.Normal operation of the furnace without power supply and complete with base flame extinction protective system and automatic load regulating device for combustion engine.
6.Optional monitoring system when power supply or solar energy is available for monitoring the flame status, water bath temperature, water level and state with DCS system in communication, and audible/visual alarm in case of status abnormality.
7.The burner is based on advanced patented technology, featuring multistage injection, compact construction, adjustable flame and good flash-back protection.
8.Provision of multiple coil pipes with the load of each coil pipe and tube pass pressure designed as required by customers.
9.Skid-mounted design allowing easy installation and maintenance.
