Brief Introduction
SC series multi-well micro-positive pressure type natural gas furnace is the technical result of many years of research by Supercontrol Corporation based on the latest technologies at home and abroad. On the basis of the proprietary patented technology (patent No.: ZL96216036.9), advanced industrial computer control technology is incorporated in the furnace, providing automatic operation, control and remote monitoring and other performances of the product with the thermal efficiency up to 80% and more. Among products of the same kind in China, it takes the lead with respect to all technical parameters.
 
Main Features
·The design, manufacture and inspection comply with SY/T0540-94 Furnace Types and Basic Parameters for Petroleum Industry, SY/T5262-2000 Code for Drum Type Furnaces and SY0031-2004 Regulation for Safety of Furnaces in Petroleum Industry.
· Wide range of application with output at 1´104Nm3/d~120´104Nm3/d and tube pass pressure up to 100MPa.
·Multi-well type, providing high-pressure gas gathering and primary throttling process.
·Providing full automatic control and operation alarm by using advanced PLC technology from foreign countries and complete package of proven product.
·Compact construction, high thermal efficiency and luxury and aesthetics with stainless steel packaging.
·Use of imported burner with fast heat supply, low noise, high efficiency, energy economy, safety and reliability.
·System redundancy design to ensure no shutdown.
