Brief Introduction
SC series crude oil furnace is special equipment for crude oil production. With full automatic monitoring system, compact construction, complete functions, single and multiple coil pipes and wide range of application, this equipment is ideal for crude oil heating. It is designed, manufactured and inspected in compliance with SY/T0540-94 Furnace Types and Basic Parameters for Petroleum Industry and with reference to GB150-1998 Code for Steel Pressure Vessels.
Main Features
·This furnace is widely applicable with the handling capacity of 60-500T/d.
·Water jacket type furnace operating with pressure and with the number of coil pipes in 1-n groups and other forms.
·Advanced full automatic burner used, allowing burning on separate crude oil/fuel gas or oil/gas mixture as needed.
·Forced ventilation in the system and allowing the pressure of the fuel gas source to be designed as required by users.
·High thermal efficiency, up to 82% and more.
·Use of full automatic monitoring system and multiple protective devices, ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the system and realizing remote monitoring. Imported components of high reliability used for key parts, improving the furnace performance and suitable for poor operating conditions on the oil production site.
·Special furnace coil pipe in removable package construction allowing easy installation and maintenance.
·Heating function available with the heating load to be designed as required by users.
