Brief Introduction
This furnace is a type of new heating equipment developed and manufactured by us to meet the needs in the oil fields and extensive users. It is widely used for heating crude oil, natural gas, well effluent, adulterated water, hot wash water, tracing water and other liquids as well as heating water and domestic water. This furnace incorporates full automatic monitoring system and is compact in construction and complete in functions. It can be used for heating in single system and integrate several systems. The heating system is a closed self-circulation type and operates without water makeup and with automatic regulation according to the change of media load, especially in the application of non-attendance and fluctuating load. With a long service life, it is ideal heating equipment designated for oilfields.
This furnace is designed, manufactured and inspected in compliance with SY/T5262-2000 Code for Drum Type Furnaces and SY0031-2004 Regulation for Safety of Furnaces in Petroleum Industry and with reference to GB150-1998 Code for Steel Pressure Vessels.
Main Features
·The phase change vacuum furnace works in a vacuum state with safe and reliable operation and no explosions.
·Wide ranges of furnace types are available with either the various well effluents in oilfields or production and domestic water as the media to be heated.
· A heat load range of 63kW-3, 500kW.
· Phase change heat exchange takes place in the closed oxygen-free furnace, which requires no water makeup, hence no scaling and oxygen corrosion, providing high operating efficiency and long service life of the equipment.
·Easy operation, use of full automatic monitoring system and multiple protective device and providing remote monitoring.
·For the combustion system, imported full automatic burner or SCGTA series combustion control system developed by us may be used depending on demands of users. This burner and its control system are widely used in the large oil/gas fields.
·High thermal efficiency in the system, coming up to 86%-90% or above.
·Different configurations are used depending on different needs of the users, for which special design will be conducted. Multiple coil pipes may be combined to allow multi-functions in a furnace.
·This furnace is complete with vacuum pump. It can operate by self-generated vacuum in case of no power supply or no vacuum pump as requested by users.

Notes:
1. This table is prepared with the natural gas in a natural gas field as medium to be heated. If other media to be heated are chosen, some data will be changed.
2. The fuel gas pressure in the table refers to the operating condition of combustion at micro-positive pressure. In the case of combustion at negative pressure, the pressure of supply fuel gas is 0.1-0.4MPa.
3. The consumption of natural gas and fuel oil is the consumption when one type of fuel is used.
