THERMAL OIL HEATING SYSTEM

Brief Introduction
SC series deep fat pyrogenation system is a system designed and manufactured by us after mastering the advanced foreign technologies and based on the actual condition in China, featuring operation at low pressure and high temperature. Generally, the operating pressure is not more than 1MPa and even at normal pressure. The heat supply temperature may come up to 340oC in liquid phase. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, power, textile, dye printing, rubber, tanning, wood processing and other operations. In production applications where uniform and stable heating is desired, direct heating by flame is not allowed and the process heating temperature ranges from 150 oC to 300oC, our SC series deep fat pyrogenation system can be used.
SC series deep fat pyrogenation system consists mainly of heat medium furnace (with interlock and protective systems for safety), burner, high temperature heat medium circulating pump, control cabinet, valve bank, automatic oil loading/unloading system, expansion tank, oil storage tank and nitrogen blanketing system. This system configures all signals collected under the control of the autonomous system and displays them on the LCD screen dynamically in the form of cartoon pictures. It dynamically displays the real-time oil temperature at outlet, pressure, flow, liquid levels in the expansion tank and oil storage tank, operational status of the high temperature heat medium circulating pump and the combustion state of burner, and plots the real-time curve diagrams so that operators know the operating condition of the deep fat pyrogenation system. Signals are remotely passed to the DCS system at higher level via RS485 (supporting MODBUS protocol). It passes the operational parameters, status and alarm signals and the like of the system to the central control room and receives the emergency stop signal from the central control room. In case of fault in the system, it immediately locks the alarm signal and displays the point with fault so that relevant actions are taken. It provides DCS remote control and full automation without attendance.
Main Features
· Making stable heat source at low pressure and high temperature available to users, which is easy for regulation and uniform in heat transfer and provides accurate process temperature. Heat source with multiple potential temperatures is available.
·Local LCD display with all operating condition and parameters in the picture.
·Providing switching of heat medium pumps (1 duty, 1 standby) in case of fault and prompt filtration of heat medium.
· Circulating heat supply in liquid phase without heat loss of condensate discharge, and high thermal efficiency in the heat supply system.
·Alarm in several abnormalities.
· Automatic blowdown for medium throughout the heat system.
·Providing attendance-free full automatic system and DCS remote control.
· Enabling continuous operation of the system.
·External insulation in light highly-thermal insulating material on the furnace with the protective layer in stainless steel plate which is aesthetic.
·Enabling automatic regulation and control for the burner.
·Skid-mounted for easy installation and saving cost for installation.
· PLC automatically regulates the heat load in line with the change of process requirements.
·The hot oil system is in fully closed operation with nitrogen blanketing over the hot oil for long service life.
Work Principle
Fuel is burnt in the firebox of the furnace through the burner to generate heat which is transmitted to the intermediate heat carrier (heat medium—heat conductive oil) via the furnace tube respectively in the forms of radiation and convection. The circulating pump for heat conductive oil drives the oil for forced circulation in the heating system. The heated high-temperature heat conductive oil is subjected to heat exchange with the thermodynamic medium in the user’s heat exchanger, thus passing the heat resulting from combustion to the thermodynamic medium and achieving heating indirectly. After heat exchange, the heat conductive oil is subject to the secondary heating back in the furnace, thus continuously heating the thermodynamic medium through circulation.
Application Field
Petroleum industry: heating crude oil in long transmission lines and large tanks for constant temperature, heating for the stability of crude oil at the central treatment plant and for dehydration, and deep freezing and separation process in gas condensate recovery at the natural gas gathering stations
Wood making sector: conveyor and roller dryer, hot press for veneer, glue applying machine, drying chamber, hot and cold mills, multi-segment mill, boiler, mixer and dryer
Rubber sector: compressor, calender, tubing machine, sulfuration furnace, rubber lining machine, floor maker
Paper making and processing sector: pressing roller, calenderstack, corrugated carton maker, paper machine, printing machine and polishing roller press
Machining: pickling and caustic washing baths, oil applier on metals, hardening furnace, surface treatment and workshop heating
Ship building: heating for asphalt transportation, chemical cargo ship and heavy oil tank
Chemical industry: dyeing and paint dryer, dryer for roller of calender, distillation equipment, pressurizing unit, mixer, reactor and dryer
Food processing: cooking utensils, frying and cooking pans and pots, chocolate tray, drying plant, mixer and grease separator
Textile industry: color roller, dyeing vessel, calender, glue applier and frame dryer
Building materials: drying chamber, drying pipe, ceiling frame, mixing column, water treatment and fabrication of pre-stress concrete
Machine building and service: cleaning and ironing and pressing machines, water heater, steam generator, indoor heating and factory air-conditioning
Asphalt and tar oil sector: felt layer for building, asphalt tank and mixer, and tar loading equipment
